Governor releases 2014-15 budget proposal

On Wednesday, May 14, Gov. Pat McCrory released his budget proposal for the 2014 General Assembly session, and state employees and retirees were recognized with a small pay raise that SEANC is asking the General Assembly to improve upon when they take up their individual versions of the state budget.

State Employee PAC Endorses Bipartisan Slate of Candidates

RALEIGH - The State Employees Association of North Carolina (SEANC) today announces bipartisan endorsements for the primary election on May 6. The endorsements are made through SEANC’s Employees Political Action Committee (EMPAC), which is a member-led subsidiary. “SEANC members are proud to support candidates, regardless of political party, who prioritize public services and the people who provide them,” said statewide EMPAC Chairman Wayne Fish.
